I made brunch!
Over the summer (yes, the summer), I hosted some of Mr. Sauce’s friends for a Sunday Brunch.
Although, I was wary of this one–baking eggs that were already hard boiled–but this was flat-out yummy.
I just wish that I had better pictures of it.
To be honest, I just wish I had photos, period.
I’m bummed because I don’t have photographic evidence of the highlight of my brunch– my tricked-out Bloody Mary bar.
It was fabulous. I made a pitcher of my favorite Bloody Mary recipe from the 21 Club in NYC and an array of add-ons and condiments.
So to make up for this half-assed post, and in memory of my undocumented Bloody Mary bar, I am now on a quest to find the best Bloody Mary recipe from my cookbook collection.
Over the next few weeks I will roll those out!

That egg dish looks really good! I must try it.
You've been dropping in my mail box for a minute and I love what you do. I will actually try to make this dish as eggs are my jam.
Margot looks in fine fettle! :)
I think you need to re-create your Bloody Mary bar, if for no other reason than photo documentation. Enquiring minds and all that. ;)
cat looks great
You should know, being a cat and all.
