Here, in all their glory, are my full notes:
1 LB ground beef. Sliced provolone and parm. No pickles – cornichons
6pm start
6:08 sauce is on. Burgers are formed
Very skeptical on structural integrity of pizza burgers
6:15 pre-heating the electric grill
6:30 done
That’s it. That’s literally it.
I don’t have a grill, so that little indoor thing had to do.
This was not good.
There’s stuff in there. But it was bland. Very bland.
And ugly. That’s an ugly beef patty.
The potato salad I got from the grocery store was shit, too.
Would not make again.
ALSO! These are not Pizza Burgers.
THESE are Pizza Burgers (a la school cafeteria):
I hated those, too.

Wow - that's . . . interesting. We had the pre-packaged burgers (I forget the brand). They weren't all that great, either, now that I think about it, so I'm wondering if a pizza burger is a 70s fad that needs to just quietly go away? Thanks for trying it so we don't have to! :D
